Our mission is simple, to be the best student landlord in Nottingham. This not only means we look to offer outstanding quality accommodation and furnishings but aim to combine this with the best service levels. All our properties have been renovated and decorated to the highest of standards offering a home-from home contemporary living experience which includes FREE superfast internet at 350 Mbps, FREE  Virgin TV package, flat screen TV’s in the lounge and each bedroom together with quality furniture throughout.

We are highly regarded as providers of superior student accommodation and work closely with Nottingham City Council and both universities via UNIPOL and DASH, meaning that we not only comply, but exceed the most up to date safety regulations.

We have 16 houses available ranging from two to eight bedroom properties. These are based in THE BEST student locations for BOTH Nottingham universities.

The high standard of our properties and customer service ensures that demand is always great, so much so that all properties for the year starting in August 2023 were fully let by 4th November 2022! Furthermore, because we manage the properties ourselves there are NO AGENCY FEES, Futhermore you are a person and a customer, not a number out of many 100′s or thousands that letting agents try and look after.
